If for any reason an individual     does not remain with the client's organization for a full 12 month period, from the first days of his employment,     we will reinitiate the entire process without charging a search fee. This guarantee not only benefits our clients, it     also serves as a “quality control” mechanism for Waldthausen & Associates, Inc.

The integrity of our practice guarantees that a client is “off limits” as a potential source of candidates for 2 years after the last search for that client has been completed.
